On Saturday October 28th, NOAH is hosting their 2017 East Boston Climate Summit and they need volunteers! For more information on the event itself, click here.
Below is a detailed list of tasks needed for the event. If you are interested, please RSVP below and put the task you wish to volunteer for in the “Last Name” section of your submission.

Set Up | Help set up tables, chairs, signs, etc. | 3-4 | 7:30 am – 9:30 am |
Registration/ Welcome Table | Sign people in, give them name tags and handouts, and send them in right direction. Watch the door. | 3 total; 1 person needed at table at all times | 9:00 am – 2:30 pm Or two shifts: 9:00 am – 12:25 pm 12:15 pm – 2:30 pm |
Food Crew | Help set up and take down breakfast (coffee and pastries) table. Help set up, give out, and clean up lunch. | 2-3 | 9:00-11:00 – coffee duty

Traffic direction | Help people find workshops, expo, cafeteria, bathrooms, and auditorium as needed. Help situate organizations that will be tabling. | 3 | 10:30 am –11:30 am And 12:15 pm – 1:15 pm
