Both tenants and property owners can receive Renew Boston services, and there is no upper income limit. Services for low-income tenants are based on their income (not the landlord’s), so units with tenants or owners who receive fuel assistance or the utility discount rate will be referred to ABCD (617-357-6012) for no-cost energy efficiency services and weatherization.
