CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF BOSTON LEED BUILDING REQUIREMENTS

Ten years ago, Boston became the first city in the nation to require private developers to adhere to the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system.
