Best E+ Green Building Award In the first year of occupancy, the E+ homes and the owners at 226 232 Highland Street have generated over 12,000 kWh of surplus renewable energy, enough to power a typical home. Certified LEED Platinum and named a Top Ten Green Project by the American Institute of Architects Committee on the Environment, these homes mark the introduction of the next generation of buildings in Boston. Join us in honoring Urbanica, the project developer and builder, and Interface Studio Architects with the Best E+ Green Home award.
