Please join NEWIEE for a night with Austin Blackmon, the City of Boston’s Chief of Environment, Energy and Open Space.
Chief Blackmon will discuss the City of Boston’s greenhouse gas emission reduction progress and how clean and renewable energy plays a key role. Among other topics, he’ll also touch on the challenges and opportunities of energy planning as part of the City’s mitigation and preparedness efforts.
The event will begin at 5:30pm with drinks and light appetizers provided by our host EnerNOC. EnerNOC will also provide two tours of their Network Operations Center (NOC), one beginning at 5:30pm and another at 5:45pm. The program will run from 6:00-7:00pm and will be followed by more networking, drinks and apps. Space is limited, so please RSVP for both the program
