Jennifer Keefe, a Climate Ready Boston Leader, will be presenting at the Blackstone Community Center about the benefits to minds and bodies by reducing impacts of climate change.
There will be a presentation and discussion (with snacks!) about how we can bring more green space/nature into Boston, and why it is so good for our minds, bodies, and helping reduce the impacts of climate change. There will be an emergency preparedness portion of the evening as the 2018 hurricane season will potentially be as busy as the 2017 hurricane season, and Boston being a coastal city is vulnerable. We will also be discussing what people can do at the individual and community level to help reduce the impact of climate change.
