Resilient Harbor Vision – Youth Panel

Boston is building “not barricades, but beaches, and parks, and trails, and open space.  This is our vision for a resilient Boston….

— Mayor Walsh, October 2018

The Boston Society of Landscape Architects and Greenovate Boston are pleased to celebrate design in our city by spotlighting Mayor Martin J. Walsh’s Resilient Boston Harbor Vision — a series of parks, greenways, and open spaces to help Boston adapt to the excess heat and flooding caused by climate change.

On April 4th 5:30-6:30 pm, we will be hosting a panel discussion with Boston high school students about resilience, design, and the future of the City. They will investigate the meaning resiliency, the vision they have for Boston, and their role in implementing these solutions. Please share and invite your friends!
