On Tuesday February 23, 2016 from 6:00-8:30PM at Suffolk University a group of state legislators are hosting a forum on bicycle safety. The conversation will center around possible changes to state law and the rules of the road that can make cycling safer, with a focus on cyclist/large vehicle crashes. Representatives from the trucking industry, Boston, Cambridge, the Carmen’s Union and the MBTA will give brief presentations followed by breakout sessions where ideas for possible legislation will be presented. After the breakout sessions audience members will vote on their preferred solutions.
